Students in Tracey’s Grade 3 created a monster using KidPix, wrote a detailed description of their creation and typed it into Pages. The description was then given to another student who had to re-create the monster using only the detailed description. This fun project challenges students to carefully write detailed descriptions of their monsters. Color, shape, size, and position are important details along with appropriate adjectives.

I LOVE these monsters! I’d like to meet each and every one of them… but only if they wouldn’t be interested in snacking on me. (Some of them look like they might want to try…) You are all very creative and very good at writing clear descriptions of your monsters. Nice work, 3rd graders!
