As part of their science curriculum, Alissa Alteri Shea’s First Grade class studied different types of bears. They learned about their habitats, body features, seasonal changes in appearance, reproduction cycle and what they eat. Grouped into bear teams, the students illustrated their bear facts using KidPix. They were imported into iMovie and the student voices were recorded reading their bear facts. The result is a great presentation on all that they learned.
